RISO PHARMA TECH AND TABUK PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY (SAUDI ARABIA) www.tpmc.com.sa ENTER INTO CONSULTING AGREEMENT
Riso Pharma Tech (RISO) and Tabuk Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company (TABUK) today signed an agreement in which RISO will act as TUBUK’s licensing consultant and work with TABUK to in-license products for the therapeutic areas served by TABUK.
Under this agreement RISO will collaborate closely with TABUK’s Business Development team to identify and secure late clinical stage and marketed products which fit TABUK’s vision of growth for the future. TABUK is currently the second largest Saudi Arabian pharmaceutical company, with sales in the region in excess of US$100 MM.

September 17, 2008

Riso Pharma has entered an agreement with Omega Laboratory of Montreal, Canada to custom manufacture a line of Oncolgy products for the Middles East region .  Riso hopes to have Oncology product line into the market by early 2009.

Riso PharmaTech Inc. will be attending the LES International Conference – Licensing Without Borders in Chicago on May 4-7. This conference gathers the Business Development and Licensing professionals from various disciplines, including the Pharmaceutical Sector. Riso’s goals are to meet biotech and pharmaceutical companies with products available for licensing into our territories of interest: Middle East and Latin America.
